About Us
Who we are
Empowered Mission Minded Youth is a youth led Christian ministry founded to transform lives across Uganda through intentional outreach, leadership training, and vocational skills development. With a heart for community transformation, we equip young people to become responsible leaders, passionate missionaries, and skilled professionals.
Founded by Ambassador Joshua and a team of dedicated believers, EMMY serves through monthly outreach missions, a growing volunteer program, and a dynamic vocational skills training center. We work with churches, schools, and local leaders to reach marginalized children, youth, and families with practical help and the love of Christ.
Whether it is distributing sanitary pads to school girls, launching a village carpentry class, or inspiring many through door to door evangelism, every EMMY initiative shows a deep commitment to empower the next generation spiritually, mentally, and economically.

Generations of young people living out all they were created to be and do.
We believe every person has a promised land. Just as the biblical Joshua led Israel into their promise, we help youth discover purpose in Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit. We seek to be a catalyst that draws this generation into God’s life changing presence.
We equip youth in the areas below so they are prepared to live out their purpose:
Biblical Foundation — we teach youth to build on the Word of God, stand firm in adversity, and follow the call on their lives.
Relationships — we model healthy multi generational relationships with peers, parents, and the opposite sex.
Self Awareness — we help teenagers understand identity, strengths and seasons so they can prepare for school, college and career.
Entrepreneurship — we nurture creativity, initiative, and financial wisdom that sets youth on a path to thrive.
Servant Leadership — we form leaders who serve first through regular missions and community opportunities.
