Kasese Outreach – Rays of Light Orphanage

The EMMY team will spend a full day with children at Rays of Light Orphanage in Kasese — sharing encouragement, practical support, and love. This outreach is part of our ongoing mission to empower young lives through acts of compassion and community service. We’ll be delivering essential supplies including clothes, food items, hygiene products, and educational materials. Beyond the donations, the day will feature music, prayer, games, and one-on-one conversations that remind every child they are seen and valued. Our goal is simple: to bring warmth, restore hope, and strengthen the connection between communities. Items Needed: Clothes (all sizes) Shoes and sandals Blankets and bedsheets Towels Beans, maize flour (posho), sugar, and cooking oil Soap (bathing and laundry) Toothpaste and toothbrushes Vaseline or lotion Sanitary pads Stationery, pens, pencils Storybooks and Bibles Get Involved: Support can be offered through donations or by joining the outreach team in Kasese.
